Monday 11th January our Term 1 will begin.
It will run for 9 weeks finishing 14th of March.
We have our Pole For All class back on Mondays with Allison suitable for all genders and all levels.
Free class promotion - In order to promote our Non Pole classes which are Dancehall and Sexy Heels with Mina, we are offering a free non-pole class with the purchase of any class pass for this term only.
We do have new terms and conditions for our new class passes, so please read them in the Classes and Prices page. You can also find this info on our Facebook and Instagram.
Please remember all classes are to be pre-booked at the time you purchase your new class pass. Bookings are final and there are no refunds or date/time changes.

We must all adhere to the following NSW government regulations for our studio to remain open:
For your own safety and the safety of our dance community, please do not attend class if you have or are showing any symptoms.
Physical distancing of 1.5m will need to be adhered to.
We understand that other things other than COVID could make you sneeze and cough, please do so in a tissue or in your elbow.
When going to use the toilet you MUST wear shoes, no socks or barefoot.
An Attendance Register will need to be filled in by each person entering the venue.
Procedure when you arrive for class:
Tell your name to the receptionist, we will find and stamp your card. Please also keep your own record. You can photograph the card if you wish. You will be ticked on the class attendance sheet.
Please note - As per the NSW COVID law it is necessary for us to share your contact details with Circus Arts School as you will have to pass through their doors to access our studio.
Please make sure you sanitise your hands after you remove your shoes at the entrance.
Place all your belongings in the cubby holes in back corner of the studio. (We sanitise the cubby holes before and after every class.)
What you need to bring:
Warm clothes for class warm up. Long pants, tights, jumper, long sleeve shirt, socks, especially now that it is winter, it gets very cold. Socks if you are going to try on shoes to buy.
Pole wear: tight top and short shorts. Or long pole tights with grip.
Extra precaution must be taken due to bodily contact with the equipment/poles.
It is essential to bring/have the following items, (also available for purchase at reception if needed):
- Hand sanitiser
- Towel solely for wiping the pole (the instructor will spray the pole for you)
Ours yoga mats will be available for use, we will sanitise them before and after each use. As an extra precaution it is recommended to bring a separate body towel to lay between you and the mat.
We recommend you bring your own yoga mat where possible.
Dancehall wear: warm clothing for warm ups and comfortable attire to dance in. If you wish to wear shoes, make sure they are indoor/gym shoes, shoes that are only worn inside.
What we will supply:
We will have methylated spirit spray for the poles and the eucalyptus disinfectant mix spray for the yoga mats.
ONLY the instructor will be using these. If you need your pole or mat sprayed please ask your instructor.
We can no longer lend you clothing or shoes. Please remember to bring all your belongings.
We suggest you prepare your "Dance bag" with the following:
- Warm up clothing
- Dance wear
- Knee pads
- Towel for pole
- Towel for sweat
- Hand sanitiser
- Yoga mat (if possible) or a body towel if you are going to use ours
